Bartender (Part-time)
Under direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager, Bartender will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer who approaches the bar while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and beverage servers.

The Banquet Cook serves under the Kitchen Shift Supervisor and has to work closely with all of the kitchen and Restaurant staff. It is the Banquets Cook's responsibility to prepare buffet items and do the set ups (which includes all prep for banquets, wedding, parties etc) banquet cooks duties can also include buffet runner, carver etc. in the restaurant.

Vault Main Banker
Vault Main Banker reports to the Cage Supervisor, Assistant Cage Manager and/or Cage Manager; Vault Main Banker handles all monetary transactions including bank deposits, casino drops and payouts for the bank during the shift.

Security Officer
Under the directions of the Sergeant and Lieutenant, the Security Officer is responsible for providing security and protection for assets, persons, buildings and/or property, within the Casino by enforcing the rules and regulations along with the policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to work as a team member, exercising essential security duties, operations and performing extensive personal interactions with guests, employees and upper management. Must have computer skills for the purpose of, but not limited to: data entry and report writing.
